Finding a food: Enter the food's description (eg: fried chicken) and click on "find food".
Advanced search: To get more search options click on the "advanced" button at the top right of the "food search" box.
1-click logging: Your recently consumed and favorite foods can be quickly added to a meal or your log using the "1-click logging" feature.
[Tip: When this is maximized the page takes
longer to load. If you don't plan to use it minimize it to save time. Same goes for the "personal food database".]
Adding a new food: If you didn't find a food you consumed in our
database you can add a new entry ("new food") using the values from the nutrition
facts panel found on the food's packaging.
