Nutridiary is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell,
share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this
statement. Nutridiary collects information from our users at several different points on
our website.

Use of Cookies
When you visit Nutridiary, you can surf the site anonymously, as a guest user, and use our
services without revealing your identity. In order to be able to store your data (personal
details, food and meal data, settings, etc) we use "cookies" to track your visit. Also, if you
use Nutridiary as a registered user (member), we use "cookies" to store data such as your user
name, and information that identifies you (if you select the option of being automatically
logged in).
A cookie is a small amount of data that is transferred to your browser by a Web server and
can only be read by the server that sent it to you. It functions as your identification
card, recording your unique user ID. It cannot be executed as code or deliver viruses.
Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies. You can set your browser to notify you

For some of Nutridiary's features, cookies are not optional. Users choosing not to accept

Tell-A-Friend
If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask
them for the friend's email address. Nutridiary will automatically send the friend
a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. Nutridiary stores this information for
the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. The friend may contact Nutridiary at
support@nutridiary.com to request the removal of this information from our database.

Security
As a registered user (member), you benefit from a password-protected account, for your privacy and
security. Notice, that as a unregistered user (guest), anyone who has access to your
computer, has access to your Nutridiary account.

Site and Service Updates
We send all new members a welcoming email to verify password and username. Established
members will occasionally receive information on significant site and service updates.
Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these
types of communications.
Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important
information about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services
and in regards to issues relating to their account via email.

Correcting/Updating Personal Information:
If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as your email), or if a user
no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or
remove that user's personal data provided to us. This can be done at the member
account information page or by emailing our Customer Support.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our News Forum so our
users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what
circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally
identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected,
we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we
use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with
