Creating a new meal: Click on "new meal". You will then be able to add foods to the meal. Once you have finished adding foods, change the meal's status to finalized, so that you will be able to add it to your log.
Duplicating a meal: To create an exact duplicate of a meal click on the "duplicate" button in that meal's row. If you have had a meal containing almost the same foods as an older meal, you can use this feature to get a quick start.
Meal search: Once your meal database starts growing and you don't wish to browse through it, use this feature to quickly find older meals.
